Job Description

Reports To: Operations Manager / Business Owner Job Purpose: To ensure compliance with Thai government safety regulations and Huawei's safety standards, minimizing workplace risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with Thai government regulations and Huawei's requirements.  Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.  Provide safety training to employees and contractors, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols and emergency procedures.  Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.  Maintain all safety-related documentation and ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.  Liaise with government authorities and Huawei representatives during safety inspections or audits.  Monitor and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.  Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications:.
•  Valid Thai government-issued safety officer license..
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in engineering or construction..
•  Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and safety regulations..
•  Excellent communication and training skills..
•  Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently..
