Job Description
Reports To: Business Owner / Operations Manager Job Purpose: To manage all human resources functions in compliance with Thai labor laws, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, including work permits, visas, and employment contracts. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with Thai regulations. Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Act as the primary point of contact for government labor inspections and audits. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the company's needs. Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Job Requirement
- Qualifications:.
- Thai national with fluency in Thai and English..
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Thailand, preferably in engineering or services sectors..
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills..
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office..
