Job Description

Reports To: Business Owner / Operations Manager Job Purpose: To manage all human resources functions in compliance with Thai labor laws, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.  Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, including work permits, visas, and employment contracts.  Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.  Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.  Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with Thai regulations.  Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.  Act as the primary point of contact for government labor inspections and audits.  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the company's needs.  Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications:.
•  Thai national with fluency in Thai and English..
•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
•  Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Thailand, preferably in engineering or services sectors..
•  Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations..
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills..
•  Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office..
