Job Description

Reports To: Business Owner / Finance Manager Job Purpose: To manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with Thai tax laws, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.  Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Thai accounting standards.  Manage payroll processing, including tax deductions and social security contributions.  Ensure timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory returns.  Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.  Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.  Liaise with external auditors and government authorities during audits or inspections.  Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.  Ensure compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulations and other financial laws.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications:.
•  Thai national with fluency in Thai and English..
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field..
•  Certified Thai Accountant license is preferred..
•  Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Thailand, preferably in the engineering or services sector..
•  Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and accounting standards..
•  Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel..
•  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines..
